This is not a generic workshop. We review actual workflows, responsibilities, handovers, data sources and systems. The goal is not to list everything that is theoretically possible, but to identify where friction genuinely occurs today.

Measures are ranked by expected value, implementation complexity, dependencies and risk. This turns a list of ideas into a defensible sequence of action.
The greatest benefit often comes not from a spectacular platform but from a few well-connected steps. Media breaks, duplicate data entry, unclear ownership and recurring routines are simplified deliberately.
AI can structure information, prepare content, review documents, support recurring communication or assist employees with decisions. It does not replace clean processes, data quality or clear accountability.

No. Better configuration, clearer processes or connecting existing systems is often more economical. Custom software is recommended only when it creates a demonstrable benefit.
In many cases, yes. Available APIs, data quality, permissions and technical constraints are decisive. These are assessed before a binding implementation commitment.
Useful criteria are defined before the project, such as fewer manual steps, shorter processing times, better data quality, clearer ownership or more structured follow-up. There are no unsupported success or revenue guarantees.
