WHY I CREATED TALENT
My most valuable discoveries while travelling? People.
I have spent more than ten years travelling internationally. Across over 40 countries, I have met people with something distinctive: presence, creativity, skill and a personality you remember. Often, what is missing is not talent, but access to the right contacts.
At the same time, my business activities and personal encounters have helped me build a substantial network. TALENT brings these two worlds together: people who want to show their potential, and agencies or businesses looking for the right personalities for their projects.
A good network becomes more valuable when it creates genuine possibilities for other people.

The talent portal brings your application, photographs and details together in one place. Digital processes support the organisation; assessing your potential and choosing suitable contacts remain personal.
Create your profile
Set up your free talent account. Add current photographs, interests, experience, languages, location and, where available, your portfolio or social media profile.
Get to know each other
Submit your application. I review your profile and get in touch where there is potential interest, so we can discuss your goals, possibilities and questions.
Make a focused introduction
After review and with your separate permission, your profile is shared through the portal with selected agencies or contacts. It is not sent out indiscriminately.
Explore a concrete opportunity
Mutual interest may lead to a casting, project or job. The role, payment, travel arrangements and contract are discussed before any collaboration.
Authenticity is enough for a first impression.
Start with a natural portrait, a full-length photograph and a side view in good light. Add a few honest sentences about yourself and your interests. A professional shoot is not required. Please submit only fully clothed, non-intimate images.

Planning a campaign, photo shoot or production, or looking for a particular talent? A clear project brief helps me assess relevant contacts and potential introductions within my network.

Who is TALENT for?
For adults aged 18 and over who would like to introduce their talent and personality. Models and women exploring modelling are the main focus. Creators, music, acting, dance, presenting and other talents are welcome too.
Do I need modelling experience?
No. Natural photographs and an honest introduction are enough for a first impression. What matters is whether your profile, goals and availability fit a potential brief.
Are my details automatically sent to every contact?
No. The portal supports digital processes and structured applications. Introductions are selective, follow personal review and require the relevant consent. Your profile is not sent to the entire WhatsApp Business network.
Could this lead to international, paid work?
Where there is a suitable brief and mutual interest, international castings and paid assignments may be possible. This is an aim of the introduction process, not a guarantee. The parties decide on selection, contracts, payment, travel costs and any further requirements.
What does it cost to apply?
Applications and profile maintenance at TALENT are free. Any later services, fees or commissions must be agreed separately and in advance. Applying does not oblige you to buy a book or a course.
Can agencies and businesses get in touch too?
Yes. The partner section of the talent portal lets you describe your project and the skills you need. I assess whether a suitable introduction is possible. Access to profiles requires the relevant permission.
