JESS Trinkkultur · Form and Process Integration

A targeted extension that respects the existing shop.

For JESS Trinkkultur, I implemented an electronic cancellation request process with a form, PHP handling and email responses. An important detail: the extension was integrated into an existing shop and moved into its own flow when a checkout conflict emerged.

Project overview

An additional form process needed to fit cleanly into an existing Gambio shop. Beyond the form itself, feedback, delivery and integration into existing pages formed part of the project. Separating it from the checkout was particularly important so the additional form did not interfere with the order journey.

Task & objectives

Add a dedicated electronic withdrawal route while respecting the existing checkout flow.

My contribution

I revised the form, success page and PHP processing, and integrated email templates and delivery configuration through jess-trinkkultur.com. To address the checkout conflict, I moved the form onto its own page and kept a link in checkout, avoiding nested forms. Domain and hosting work complemented the implementation.

03 · Area of focus

Features that support everyday work.

Independent form

A separate process avoids mixing with the order form.

Delivery and feedback

PHP handling, email communication and success/error routes form a connected workflow.

Focused shop integration

A lightweight link connects the extension without rebuilding checkout.

04 · Project details

Design & user experience

The interface was adapted responsively to the existing shop. A separate form page was a functional decision: the checkout and an additional form should not be nested inside one another.

05 · Project overview

Value of the solution

The project demonstrates practical integration: add a function, account for interactions with the existing system and complete the flow with success and error handling. My work concerns this extension, not the development of the entire shop or legal review.
