Structured service areas

An international B2B website with clear paths to enquiry.
For CareTrade International, I planned, designed and developed the corporate website. Multilingual service areas, product information and focused enquiry paths make a broad B2B offering easier to explore.
CareTrade International presents project-related solutions including specialist vehicles, power supply and waste management. The website needs to guide different audiences towards relevant information, from a first company overview to a specific product or project enquiry. This case study focuses on the digital website, its information architecture and its implementation.
A broad international offering requires a recognisable place for each subject. Technical information should not disappear within a general company description. At the same time, the enquiry path needs to remain understandable when a visitor can initially describe a requirement only in broad terms.
My documented contribution includes concept, web design, development and hosting. This covers the multilingual structure, presentation of service and product areas, and user journeys towards contact options. Other business roles are separate; this case study describes the digital implementation.

Detailed information and views connect the company presentation with a specific enquiry.
Key information and calls to action are coordinated across languages.
The design combines calm dark surfaces, industrial imagery and restrained accents. Navigation and page hierarchy move from overview to individual topic. The same structure must remain understandable on small screens without truncated labels or difficult-to-reach controls.
The website provides a shared digital entry point for the company offering. It supports preparation of a technical enquiry without promising availability, delivery capability or commercial results. The images show locally rendered public original templates; they do not document subsequent live-site changes.
The captures show public pages rendered from available original files, not production client accounts. Embedded product illustrations remain part of the original presentation.
Different applications and tasks, with the same emphasis on understandable solutions.
The project scope is described. An authorised original view can be discussed personally where available.
My domain catalogue connects a searchable listing with detailed information and an enquiry linked to the chosen address. The interface moves from exploration to contact without presenting domain selection as a guarantee of success.
